Do you have experience with doing business with the public sector and are familiar with current procurement laws and regulations?
Then you might be who we are looking for!
As a Junior Bid Manager at Parkster you contribute to our continued growth by managing the public procurement parts of our sales process. This includes monitoring tender tools, supporting other internal functions with advice concerning public procurement laws, regulations and processes and of course creating winning bids together with the rest of the organization!
As our Junior Bid Manager we believe that:
- you are fluent in both German and English and are used to handling complex contractual documentation in both languages
- time management is one of your strengths and you never miss a deadline
- you have fluent, clear and effective communication skills in both English and German, both written and verbal
- you have strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across different functions and coordinate efforts to meet agreed timelines
- registering your activities in our CRM and using it in your day to day work is as natural as breathing to you and you inspire your colleagues to do the same
- you are proactive by nature and loves to be one step ahead at all times
In this role you will participate in creating the path forward for our continued growth within the public sector segment in Germany and Austria. You will be a pivotal player in driving our growth and success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage bid process, shape winning strategies, and ensure timely & compliant proposal submissions. You work closely with the Sales teams in Germany and Austria as well as with our Head of Legal & Compliance and you are based in the office in Munich. You report to our Head of Bid Management located in Lund, Sweden.
To be successful in this role you probably have:
- a relevant academic degree or equivalent
- a background in bid management or sales towards the public sector
- an understanding and genuine interest in public procurement laws and processes
- an analytical mindset with a focus on overcoming challenges effectively

Über Parkster GmbH
Parkster wurde als Gegenreaktion auf das untragbare Parkklima gegründet. Strafzettel sollten nur an diejenigen vergeben werden, die absichtlich falsch parken und den Verkehr stören, nicht an Alltagshelden, die in Meetings feststecken und keine Möglichkeit haben, ihr Auto rechtzeitig zu bewegen. Um dies zu verhindern, haben wir eine Parklösung entwickelt, die es den Nutzern erleichtert, korrekt zu parken und nur für die tatsächliche Parkzeit zu zahlen.
